An unreliable travel agency!!!!! We haven't traveled with this office yet, but we won't. We asked for an offer, then we made a reservation for quite a bit, and then after 1 week, an email comes saying that they still can't secure a room at the hotel 😡 They offered another date, less stay, for a significantly higher amount!! Needless to say, we didn't accept it, they transferred the money back and that was no problem! We were very disappointed!!

The experience with them was good, but I can't stand the people who came before me, who blindly believe everything in these offices even in 2023... And if you manage everything yourself, you can still slip up on a lot of things / you can be in for unpleasant surprises, so don't worry you have to wonder if they put you on the whole, just with their pen...

We have just arrived in Crete. In principle, we paid 1.7 million for 2 rooms in a 4-star hotel. Instead of the main building, they brought us back to a side street! There was no food on arrival, the toilet and sink do not work. A worker's hostel is a thousand times different! There is no room with a sea view, let alone a four-star one, it is not in a friendly relationship! But at least the toilet and sink would work. On the first night, we encountered bed bugs, etc.! We spoke to the reception and travel agency, they can't help. The posted tour guide did not help. On the first night, we did not receive any food, there was no hot water! That's all about the carefree vacation for millions in a 4-star hotel. Even though we told the local contact of the travel agency, they didn't come and didn't do anything! Minutes were also taken days later! I'm sure that if it stays like this, we won't leave it at that. Today they took me to Santorini, they charged 165 euros for a service advertised for 94 euros in the city! At the hotel, we asked for a travel package because we could not use the meals there, 3 apples, two half-fistful sandwiches, instead of breakfast and lunch for 3 people. At the end of the trip, in the evening, they put me on a bus full of foreigners and got off. No one told me where to get off, but the bus driver didn't know the way either! The barely twenty-minute journey took an hour and a half! We had to tell the driver to get off here already, and we walked back! At the end of the trip, we contacted the travel agency with pictures and a copy of the protocol, because it cost 240 euros extra to get a room in the building where we originally booked, where the toilet works and there is hot water! I should add that they didn't arrange this either! They shut themselves away from everything, they don't think they are responsible, let's go to a conciliation board or wherever we want if we don't like it! In their letter, they ignored the fact that we notified the travel agency on the first night, as well as the attached pictures, evidence and protocol. According to them, the catalog images are informative, they are not responsible for what the tour organizer said! But they drew attention, they hope to choose them again next time! Well, what is not security, someone else decides, I said.

The bottom line: we are completely satisfied! A week in Crete was amazing. We got what we expected, the tour guide was also great. Niki, thank you again! Unfortunately, we are going home today. But we are already planning for next summer, of course we count on the help of Anubis even then!
